Emily Sparks
Emily Sparks is a skilled and passionate hair stylist with many years of experience in the industry. After graduating from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in 2016, Emily honed her craft by working at a large high-end salon for 5 years.
In 2021, Emily and her husband Russell Sparks decided to branch out on their own, establishing their own salon, Boho Blonde Chicago. As a salon owner, Emily has been able to fully realize her vision of creating a welcoming, inclusive space where clients can feel comfortable and confident.
She is a specialist in blonding techniques, providing her clients with a wide range of options for achieving their desired look.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and their pit mix rescue dog, Kylie.
Laurel VanWagner
Laurel is a talented hairstylist hailing from the Midwest. She started her journey in the beauty industry by attending Paul Mitchell the School in sunny San Diego before eventually making her way to Chicago. Over the past years Laurel has refined her skills and developed an attention to detail for creating stunning haircuts and styles. Of course, she’s excellent at blonding as well! She takes pride in staying up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques, and is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best. When she's not at the salon, you can find her spending time with her mischievous cats or visiting her hometown in Michigan.
